Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and course transfers for Web3Circle courses and services. By purchasing our courses or services, you agree to be bound by this policy.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Course Cancellation by Student

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, the following terms apply:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: You may cancel your enrollment and request a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • After 7 days of purchase: No refunds will be provided, but you may be eligible for a course transfer as outlined in Section 4.

2.2 Course Cancellation by Web3Circle

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible via the email address associated with your account.
  • You will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

3. Refund Policy


3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of purchase (subject to the conditions in Section 2.1)
  • Course cancellation by Web3Circle
  • Technical issues that prevent access to course content for more than 72 consecutive hours

3.2 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a refund request to support@web3circle.xyz with your order number and reason for the refund.
  2. Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Course materials that have been downloaded or accessed beyond the 20% threshold
  • Bonus content or supplementary materials provided with the course
  • Courses purchased as part of a bundle or special promotion, unless the entire bundle is being refunded

4. Course Transfers

If you are unable to complete a course, you may request a one-time transfer to another course of equal or lesser value. Course transfer requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the new course has a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.


5. Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact our support team at support@web3circle.xyz. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis, and we reserve the right to request documentation to verify the circumstances.


6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the change. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
