At Web3Circle, we are committed to providing quality education and premium experiences. However, due to the nature of digital content and services, we follow a strict refund policy:
Refund Policy
- All purchases (courses, memberships, and calls) are non-refundable once access is granted or the course/module has started.
- In exceptional cases (technical errors, duplicate payments), refunds will be processed after internal review. To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of the transaction at support@web3circle.xyz with your payment details and reason.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Subscription plans (like Circle Insider Elite) can be cancelled anytime, but no refunds will be given for the remaining duration.
- One-time course payments and digital downloads are not eligible for cancellation once access is provided.
